We had an interaction with Jeanne Zimmerman at McGuire that was extremely unprofessional and left a bad taste. We had viewed a rental unit with McGuire and put in an application. After our application was approved, we requested a draft lease for review. Less than 24 hours of receiving it, we let Jeanne know that we would not be moving forward. Rather than ask us if we would mind sharing what contributed to our decision, she guilt-tripped us saying that they'd turned away other parties and accused us of "casting a wide net". ... read more
