Recently my husband, parents and myself were on our way to Traverse City for a family celebration when we experienced engine trouble and were stranded on the side of the road on M115. We had the truck towed back to McGuires ‘s in Claire to be evaluated. Joe and his staff were more than accommodating and had us back on the road in one hour. They were efficient and provided excellent customer service. I would highly recommend McGuire Chevrolet dealership in Clare.

I would recommend if you rent a camper make sure to check the sewer tank before paying for it. We rented a camper and when we got there realized the sewer tank is 2/3 full. Had to deal with the nasty smell of someone else's sewage the whole time we were camping! Clothes, bedding and everything had to be washed because of the horrible smell. We called to complain and they just give us a run around and finally after wasting half a day of our time tell us there is nothing they can do about it! We experienced car trouble while traveling for vacation. The service department went above and beyond to help us, even when they were busy on a holiday week. Everyone was amazing and we cannot thank them enough for getting us on our vacation and taking care of our car issue!
Came in today 7/11/2017 looking to have a spare key made up for my Chevy Impala. The parts salesmen was kind and found a way to get me the key despite the key cutter malfunctioning; with a major discount. Helpful and friendly people.
