Usually this place is great- it’s been a solid place for me to get a nice cut for the last few years. Went in today and they were having phone/ internet issues that Tony ended up troubleshooting for the entirety of my appointment. Again, usually Tony is great. But in this instance, he was on the phone while cutting my hair, walking away and leaving me in the chair for chunks of time- it’s not the level of service I’ve come to expect from this place. Fantastic haircut and I loved Kenny vibe, will be coming back.
Last week I went to a supercuts and they butchered my hair. Ken did an awesome job repairing it and even gave me a discount. Will definitely be making this my regular spot for haircuts.
I highly recommend Ken! He’s a master at his craft. Best barber in Pittsburgh!
