I have been renting my apartment from McGrew, and the way that they handle the property is exceptional. Very clean property and some pretty good people to boot.
New owners are not real nice. Those who were paying every 2 weeks are no longer allowed to do so, no matter if you been there 3 months or 13yrs. They have to understand that not everyone is able to pay the way they want, so know matter if you have been a great teant they want their money 💰 or you gotta go.
