They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, the were rude on the phone and when I tried to speak with them they were even more RUDE! Less then a week later the phone issue was brought up again but everytime I tried to answer them they all spoke over me and said I was speaking over them. Dr McGraw is excellent. He answers questions completely, diagnoses issues well, treats illness appropriately - not jumping immediately to "heavy guns" - and refers out if an issue needs specialized intervention. The office staff is efficient, courteous and pleasant at all times.
