It's my favorite place to eat in the entire South End! The food is fabulous the service is outstanding and it's always such a pleasant experience! The prices are more reasonable than many of the other restaurants in the South End and the food is better by far! You can't go wrong with McGrath's!
Absolutely LOVED the food. We had many different dishes that all tasted very good! The only reason I give 4 stars is because the service was pretty slow. Would definitely dine here again though!
Me myself I like the Oystershooter at happy hour they are good and the service was to need Tapitio sauce .
Took forever to get us a table, even though the place was 80% empty. Waitress was not very good - she took forever to take our order or even bring us water. She had filthy fingernails and did the thumb-in-the-food thing. I could go on about her, but maybe this is enough. All food servers should have NO CRUD UNDER FINGERNAILS please.
Very reasonable prices and a huge variety. I will definitely come back.

Did not care for the food or the service, okay prices.
My spouse and I came there for the very 1st time yesterday evening and yes our waitress was nice but I had to consistently ask for refills which she forgot several times, we were never checked on to see if we were ok and we just didn't get a good vibe from any of the staff. We came in and the host and another server looked at us as if we were an inconvenience that we came in at 830pm and was told you close at 10.
