Very slow service. She kept forgetting things we ordered We have been eating here since they opened. The steaks used to be the best. Now they are tough and tasteless Every time we go back it just keeps getting worse.
Really poor service don't go there if your by yourself unless you want to sit in the bar. I guess I look like I'm a noon drinker.
McGrath's is my favorite restaurant. I have been there at least twice a month since discovering this gem. The prices and quality of food and service cannot be beat.
This is a great place to enjoy. I feel this was the best place, but have not been there much lately.
Three of us dined here, with one of us being hard to please in any situation. My crab cakes were good, the pasta my mom ordered wasn't bad, needed seasoning, but my son ordered a sandwich where the bread was too hard to bite, after a very long time the waitress came back and asked if he didn't like the sandwich and I told her about the bread. My food was great! (crab crusted trout) My wife's pasta was bland and the server seemed annoyed by us being there. Our first experience was definitely better. Also disappointing that "happy hour" only applied to the bar.
