We are currently hanging out waiting for our new car. Noah is our rep and he is great. Skip is a great new Gm. Waiting for him to crunch the numbers.
Albert and the finance team were amazing! Albert was very down to earth and he wasn’t pushy at all. He is listened to us. The only thing that took the longest was financing. We were at the dealership from noon to 630. Took a very long time to sign the papers. Will recommend to friends and family!!!!
The salesman Kenny was great as well as the ladies in the loan office was fabulous. The only problem is that some issues with the problem with the computer or smithing slowing everything down. WAY DOWN. I'm guessing many people would have walked out because we almost did. In fact it sucks that we have to drive an hour and half to go back and sign a couple things because of the computer. We are disappointed about that
