DO NOT BUY AT MCGRATH. The staff here acts really "nice", but they don't care about the follow up on your car. Once they sell the car their "friendly face" comes right off. They never get back to you about car issues. Recently bought a used car here that they promised was in excellent condition. It broke down 2 days after I bought it. I drove it twice. When I brought it back to get fixed, they replaced the broken part with a faulty one. SO I STILL HAD PROBLEMS. I contacted them, and they promised to fix the vehicle and they ... read more
Bought a used car here back in November. The next day the battery light was flashing. They replaced the alternator and DAYS later my car died in the middle of the road because the alternator was faulty! I had to pay for over a $200 tow which they promised us multiple times they would reimburse me for since they failed to fix my car. Never received my reimbursement despite being told I would multiple times. I would never do business here again.
The best. Not a biased opinion at all.
