Did not receive messages/updates as to status. Was told vehicle would take two days. Took six. Shuttle drivers are awesome.
It wasn’t great. I dropped my car off at noon for an oil change and tire rotation. I never received a call or text saying it was finished. Around 4pm I received a text saying “thank you for choosing McGrath …” as if I had already picked up my car. I had to call and ask if my car was finished. It had been for a while, apparently. I live over 30min away and have a 3 year old to worry about. I then had to rush to pick it up.
