I have been seeing Dr. McGrael for over six years. He always show's a sincere interested in my best health and treatment. He and his staff are professional, friendly and accommodating.
Ive been trying for almost 4 weeks. Jumping through hoops to get them every single thing they ask for to only pop up with another unbelievable request. My 92 year old father was referred to him by a very trusted doctor that spoke to Dr. Magrael personally. When he was released from the hospital almost 4 weeks ago. Every doctor in the hospital spoke about how important to get this catheter seen to due to can cause complications. Hubby had prostate issue. Dr McGreal knew spot on what needed to be done. Wow, he is just so very Amazing.
May be a good doctor but has incompetence in the office.
Dr. McGrael and staff were WONDERFUL! Straightforward, to the point and a genuine great guy. We knew immediately we were in the right hands and are very thankful our NP recommended him. Do not read into the negative reviews. Working in healthcare, trust me there are two sides to every story! His office manager, his wife, is lovely and just as welcoming.
I trust this doc. He is a straight shooter and will help you. He is no nonsense. I wish more docs were like him.
He got rid of Father in laws cancer & treating husband & got Psa way down my step dad many times went in hospital with Utis & he treated him got him well we liked him takes time & talks like he’s got all day
Office has no clue on insurance coverage. Let my authentication expire before my appointment. Trying to get new thru VA not Tri-West, then tells me I don’t know what I’m talking about. And after surgery Dr. refuse to give me medication I was on because he thought it was too much. I had been on it for over a year. Will never see this office again!
Absolutely no one in this office seems to care whatsoever, including the doctor. Incorrectly billed, insufficient health care, and mistreated by his wife/office manager.
