Never had someone come work for me and explain everything in detail to where I could understand it. I would recommend Tyler to anyone I know if you need home repairs. I will be using him again! Thanks Tyler McGrady.
Definitely DO NOT hire this guy! He started a bathroom remodel for me in 11- 2025. Was shut down by city of Sylacauga for substandard construction, unpermitted and unlicensed work on Dec. 9, 2025. He desserted the job on Dec. 17 when I told him I wanted to see a permit before I would allow him in to attempt repairs. He hung up on me in mid-conbersation
I worked with Tyler on several projects. Great guy, professional, caring and always looking out for the customers best interest. I highly recommend him for your next project.
I cannot begin to tell you why you should NOT hire this contractor. He does not deserve even ONE STAR. I will say very little in this review as Tyler will write two pages denying and slandering me. We had a fire in our home. His work was shoddy at best. He was arrogant and handled us, as customers, in ways that kept us up at night. He DEMANDED a final payment while his workers were at our house with MUCH left to be completed.
