If I could give this dealership zero stars I would. I bought my car in April of 2014, my salesman was Ben and he was wonderful knowledgeable and easy to work with. The zero comes from the customer service counter any time my car has ever had to go back to Subaru for anything. What an excellent dealership to work with! The sales staff were knowledgeable and took my daughter for a road trip to test drive her first new car. They gave her a complete education on the “gadgets” and offered to take all questions after she left w her new Subaru. The finance team had multiple offerings to choose from. I must say this was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. In the market for a Subaru? This is the place to go. Bought: 2019 Forester.
I have a Subaru Outback that needed a lot of repairs and was new to the area/therefore a new client of McGovern. They went (specifically JD!) above and beyond to help repair everything needed and did not try to up-sell, over-sell or convince me of anything that I didn't need. They were reasonable and a true pleasure to work with. I will now forever be loyal to them and love my Subaru even more!
Great service. Had to make a stop driving through on my way to Buffalo. Needed an urgent repair and they were quick to diagnose and fix the problem. Got us back on the road in a couple hours.

They are both knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful in assisting me make the right decision. When it was time to trade my Subaru Outback in, I decided a Crosstrek was ideal for my needs. I can't say enough about Kyle, he was there when I started looking, shortly after a knee surgery in November 2017, and not in any shape to buy, and still there ready to guide me through the purchase in July 2018. The staff was super, everyone went out of their way to make sure I understood everything, and didn't judge my emotional tears when I had to walk away from my faithful old friend of 19 yrs.
