The sales department was fantastic. Very helpful, and personable. However, when I purchased my Certified Pre-owned Crosstrek, I also purchased the extended warranty which was told to me would cover anything and everything except tires. 6 months in, I find out that I am in need of all 4 brake replacements. Routers and pads. I called, and was told that brakes are a “wear and tear” and are not covered. I would think on a Certified Pre-Owned, brakes would have been replaced, and not sold to me the way they were. I have to say I ... read more
