The customer service Robert was above and beyond!!! This is my fourth car and every time I come in for an oil change I cringe. It is ALWAYS over an hour, to get an oil change. Just wish that it was a bit quicker especially when they are new cars. Sorry service side could use a little help on timing but this time around I asked Robert how long & he said an hour to an hour and half & it was 1 1/2 hours for an oil change.
