I bought a late model Cadillac recently and it was a positive experience. Kyle Tilley the salesperson was fantastic to deal with, personable and a good listener/communicator. Kevin in Finance was also good, and I was pleased with the loan rate/term I was offered. I 100% recommend Kyle and McGonigal. Everyone made efficient use of my time. Kyle is a great asset to the team there.
I was at McGonigal Cadillac 4 over 20 plus minutes waiting on a parts technician after getting a service technician to get a hold of a parse technician they never showed up needed to order a part for a 2010 Cadillac 6 l four-wheel drive hybrid and no technician showed up so I'm headed down to the GM dealership down the street hopefully they will take care of me in a timely fashion because McGonagall Cadillac will not
I recently found a car online that I wanted to see. It was advertised at McGonigal Cadillac in Kokomo. I live in Noblesville. Drove to McGonigal Cadillac and man...I am so glad that I did! Last time I'll come here. Absolutely ridiculous that a tire change and alignment takes over 4 hours with an appointment. Maybe hire people that know how to do a tire change without breaking things....
Very poor follow up, disappointing.
