They cancel appointments last minute, have changed the hygentist that we are scheduled to see without telling us, and can never seem to fit you in. We have been going to this office for 14 years and it is ridiculous that they canceled an appointment last minute and then can't give us a new appointment for a cleaning. My child has braces and needs to have her cleaning every 6 months, so it is bad enough that we have to wait 7 months and then the appointment is canceled and you can't reschedule. Horrible customer service.
