Boyd was our realtor and helped my wife and I find our first home. He was incredibly accommodating, was available any time of the day for last minute things, and is surrounded by an excellent team who makes the process painless. Boyd went above and beyond in every way possible to get us a home that fit our needs and wants. His recommendations for things like home inspectors and whatnot were phenomenal -- we had an excellent experience with all the folks he pointed us towards. We highly recommend Boyd and his team!
We really enjoyed working with the McGinn group and especially Rich! As first time home buyers, we were hesitant at first with what the market could offer us and our family. With Rich, he was able to address our questions, guide us through the process, and help us negotiate with what made sense for our family. We also appreciate that Rich was patient with our home search as our hesitancy with the market and our busy schedule could have put off any other realtor. The home sold quick! We even had offers before the official listing date. Rich kept us informed of every move and advised us on our best options with all the offers that came in. It was amazing to have so many offers. The house ended up selling for more than the listing price! Rich made what can sometimes feel like an overwhelming process into the smoothest of transactions. Settling was a piece of cake and from start to end the McGinn Group took care of our every need. Thanks so much for everything!
Our experience working with the McGinn Group was terrific. Rich is very knowledgeable about the local market, helped us to narrow down our search and when we found the right house for us, he proved to be an excellent negotiator on our behalf. He is very knowledgable on VA loans and VA requirements which proved most helpful.
