Love the staff and maintenance. Never had an issue, staff (especially Stacy) is very sweet and a pleasure to talk to! Maintence concerns are addressed quickly. No complaints.
After the maintenance workers let our neighbors cat escape, we stopped allowing them into our apartment without us present. While on vacation we got a text asking if someone could come by, we said no, to keep our cats safe and asked to set up a time when we were home to have this work done. The leasing office said that was fine, but still sent workers into our home that day. Every time you interact with the leasing office you'll get a different answer to a question.
