I rented a lovely older, well kept, clean house with a beautiful big yard in a quiet area of the city. The staff is very helpful and always responds immediately, and the small maintenance issues I had were always fixed on the same day that I reported them. 100% recommend.
The staff and property were understanding and amazing . I definitely recommend if you’re seeking clean, quiet, quality living in the heart of Augusta.
I moved in October 2023 and i live in a very nice two bedroom attic apartment. It is quirky with all the roof shapes for a tall person like me! I have a rooftop deck. We have gas stoves and heat at this property. The property is solid with old creaky wooden floors. Management cares! At least in my personal experience, every concern is addressed and there have only been a few. Little things like maybe a leaky dishwasher or needing a new thermostat. Love the staff and maintenance. Never had an issue, staff (especially Stacy) is very sweet and a pleasure to talk to! Maintence concerns are addressed quickly. No complaints.
After the maintenance workers let our neighbors cat escape, we stopped allowing them into our apartment without us present. While on vacation we got a text asking if someone could come by, we said no, to keep our cats safe and asked to set up a time when we were home to have this work done. The leasing office said that was fine, but still sent workers into our home that day. Every time you interact with the leasing office you'll get a different answer to a question.
