My daughter called the Rental Property to schedule a viewing of an APT. She was asked if she had any pets and she informed them she had an ESA, that she has a letter from her Therapist, and that her ESA is registered and has all the paperwork. She was informed that they do not accept ESA's, that they have breed restrictions, and that their insurance company does not cover ESA's. Well on their website dogs and cats are allowed ( contact management). I am not exactly sure WHOM she spoke to, but someone needs to explain to that... read more
