I had my mind made up before I entered the building, but my salesman Jacob definitely sealed the deal! During the test drive, it was obvious he had extensive knowledge of the Bronco Sport, showed me several of the best features and was a pleasure to chat with. When we returned to do paperwork, I never felt rushed or pressured. Everything was explained clearly and concisely. Keep up the great job and I'll see you in a couple of years for my next ride!
