Great experience, and fast service.
Charged me $138 to replace a power steering switch and a transmission cap. We a ll know that transmission caps are only $20-$25 for my ford. He stated he had to charge me $40 for the cap because I was a customer and not a auto shop.
Chipped the finish on my rim, threw my rim stickers away and then stated that they did as if they were proud of it and lied about the damage. It is just a typical trashy environment not an environment for custom parts as it spreads through word of mouth in Lakeland. They are probably selling my stickers on Craigslist or Ebay.
Great service! I have used several shops in the area even dealerships and have never been so satisfied not only with price but with complete customer service satisfaction. From the store and shop being clean to the technicians thanking me for coming to their store! Completely blown away! If I could say just one word...AWESOME...is what i say!
