Me and my husband are from the Abilene area and after moving from Hawaii and visiting home before going to his next duty station, we needed to get me a car. It all felt like perfect timing as McGavock had one car in the make and model I had wanted with very little mileage and in perfect shape! McGavock got us a lower interest rate than our bank and we drove the car off the lot same day! It was an awesome experience and Stuart, aka Curly, was awesome and we were in and out within about 3-4 hours with an amazing car!
I always am treated with the upmost respect when I go to Nisson Mcgavock in Abilene!! John Hamilton helped me to find the perfect car for my daughter's graduation gift!!! She was so excited!! He was very thorough and did not play any games.. John also treated us as we were buying a brand new car. He also got me the best deal possible.. I so recommend him.. Definitely I give a five star review..

So disappointed in McGavock Nissan and the way we were treated. We've purchased 2 vehicles in the last few years and when we bought my daughter's car last year we were promised by Christian to receive a second key fob. He said he had an extra at his house. Of course we signed the paper work believing he would produce it and he never did. (But we can purchase our own for $340) He wouldn't even return my phone call. People remember being lied to and how you make them feel. Hope it's worth the cost of a key fob to lose our busi... read more
The manager Jay was very rude today. My salesman Paul was also rude. Tried to get out of fixing my car but I had a signed paper. He did a shorty job fixing it because he was mad at me over one of his employees Shane assaulting me in a bathroom... Ive been through so much stress over what happened and this car dealership.
