My grandfather was having surgery and they had to stop because his brain stopped communicating with some of his limbs. When Cynthia evaluated him we asked for a CT or MRI Cynthia told us that she knew for a fact he didn’t have a stroke and the MRI will show what the doctors know happen and that we need to trust our doctors. Dr. McGarvey has been extremely helpful and knows her stuff! Significant sciatic relief as a result of her efforts.
She's a MINUS_five_star doctor, the worst I have ever had in my entire life: lack of knowledge, zero empathy to patients, what can be worse? I came complaining about my concussion symptoms, my complains made her very angry, then prescribed me an antidepressant. She decided: let's give him an antidepressant, so he'll stop complaining! As s result I had horrible side effects on the top of my concussion symptoms. Our experience with Dr. McGarvery have been nothing short of excellent. She is knowledgeable, and cares greatly for your patients.
The doctor is great but I left after 5 years because of the office staff. Her billing department charged me 8000 dollars after they said the insurance company took their money back after 2 years. I had to call my insurance and it is not true. I have called a lawyer. The manger for Dr. Mcgarthy is a NIGHTMARE!! She attacked me in the phone would I try to explain that the billing department would not call me back. She was sooooo rude. No one including her and the billing department returns calls.
