Punctuality, Quality, Value. The service showed up late and one employee ended up leaving midway through the job. After 6-hours the house was still not cleaned to my satisfaction but I had things to do. The owner offered to come back and finish up anything that was not done but after discovering how disgusting things were I did not want to take them up on that. The owner attempted to charge me $100 more than the agreed-upon price. I was very disappointed overall. Waste of $800!
Great communication, quick to respond. Arrived on time, quick to get items out and went above and beyond. Would recommend and hire them again.
Their response time to my initial inquiry was quick and Linda was so friendly! We made arrangements for pick up a few days later and they were on time, friendly and courteous and did an excellent Job. What a BIG HELP!! I would absolutely recommend them.
