We have two new properties at The Villages in Florida and had McGarry and Madsen inspect them prior to the 1 year warranty expiring. M&M were very responsive and provided a thorough inspection report the day after the inspection at a reasonable price. I have been involved in all aspects of commercial and residential construction for 40+ years and believe them to be very experienced and thoughtful. I highly recommend them.

We recently purchased a home and utilized McGarry and Madsen Home Inspection. They were very thorough, their fee was also very reasonable. They provided us with a wealth of information regarding the home. They found several concerns that required addressing. The report they provide is very clear, along with pictures supporting their findings. I had them come back for what appeared to be a fresh leak in the roof. Excellent company! They showed up on time and did a very thorough job. They explained things they were checking and issues they found. I promptly received a written report with pictures. I am very thankful they found a serious issue that would have caused problems if I had purchased the home.
