We recently purchased a home and utilized McGarry and Madsen Home Inspection. They were very thorough, their fee was also very reasonable. They provided us with a wealth of information regarding the home. They found several concerns that required addressing. Excellent company! They showed up on time and did a very thorough job. They explained things they were checking and issues they found. I promptly received a written report with pictures. I am very thankful they found a serious issue that would have caused problems if I had purchased the home.
