I had the pleasure of working with Mary Jo Madera who helped me find my very first home! I was very budget conscious with a single income, and she did a wonderful job of finding places that hit my wish list. I am posting on behalf of Dave Ferguson. Jen was our Realtor in the summer when we sold one home and purchased another. She always made herself available for us, no matter what the day or time was. Respect was demonstrated at all times. We appreciated Jen's understanding of the limitations we faced and was very accommodating of them. She has a great eye for staging and we believe this was key to selling our home. Jen did everything to make this as easy as possible for us. She walked us through every step of the process.
We used Jen for our move to the Niagara Region and she was great. She was knowledgeable of the different areas we were looking at living in, was easy to coordinate with and get a hold of. We really enjoyed having Jen help us find our home.
