Overall the staff was friendly. Beginning followups were timely, but others not so much.
No wait time got in at the time of the appointment. Careful services and all my questions were answered and I was given advise on how to take better care of my teeth.
Things weren't working out at the dentist office I've been going to since 1960s. Front office wasn't pleasant and I felt like a stranger. I asked friends and family if they had a dentist they trusted and NO ONE did! I asked the one dental professional I know too well (too many root canals) and she recommended and referred me to Dr. Chrystal. She gave me the professionalism, warmth and attention I thought no longer available. Thanks!

I have been going to the same dentist office since I was little, even when they relocated. Now the office has grown and it is great to see. Everyone is very friendly and concerned about my oral health. Any questions, ask away. It is a great place and I highly recommend it!
As many people, going to the dentist is Not my favorite place to go. I have found my visits to Dr Patrick McGann have been very pleasant. He has a sincere concern for each of his patients, explaining everything he is going to do during your appointment and also as he is doing any type of procedure. Finding a gentle, patient dentist was important to me and his assistants are equally trained as he is.
