RecommendedI would highly recommend Dr. McGann. I went in nervous because in the past I've had some horrible experiences with other dental offices. His staff was great and walked me through the process for the tooth extraction. I requested to be put to sleep and the procedure was over in 20 minutes. After the procedure the nurse went over everything with my husband and I just to make sure I knew how to properly care for the area in my mouth. I went in yesterday to have a tooth extracted. As soon as I entered the office I was greeted with a smile and by my name! Enrique and Natalia had my pay plan ready. They were both very courteous and professional. Nick gave me the initial consultation and went over my health history and was very nice and helpful throughout the whole appointment. I highly recommend Dr McGann and his staff. They took great care of me. I folloeed the instructions for before, the morning of after after. I was very nervous about soreness because I was getting 3 wisdom teeth out at once, but it was minimal. I was back to normal within a week, but even just 2 days afterward I was talking normal and singin songs all night long. Procedure was quick and thorough. The follow up calls, and cards were especially cool. They really do care, and I'm stoked I chose Dr McGanns office. Thank you!!!
Dr. McGann and everyone in the office were wonderful! Similar to many people I know, I was very nervous about having a tooth extracted. The process was extremely smooth and I was comfortable. Dr. McGann called to check up on me after the procedure. I highly recommend McGann Facial Design. Great people and a very pleasant experience.
A note of thanks and appreciation to Dr. McGann and team. I was a referral from Dr. Stout for a root canal complication. I knew I was in very capable and good hands, as Dr. McGann is patient, thorough and answers all questions for an excellent outcome. His skill-set is truly matched by his bedside manner. His support team is most impressive, from: Beata to Nick, Natalia and Sara! An easy recommendation as I would gladly go to McGann Facial Design in the future without hesitation.
Great staff, very professional service and office! From my original assessment, explanation of what I needed, and procedure; everything went smoothly! Dr McGann, was pleasant and patient with explanation of what was required! The staff was knowledgeable about all aspects of questions they were able to answer all questions without checking with someone else!
Had all my wisdom teeth pulled earlier this week, the whole experience was amazing! I definitely recommend Dr. McGann to anyone!
