I contacted this company several weeks ago, JT (the owner) came out, was very nice & seemed like he was interested in the work we wanted done. Since that time, I’ve changed my mind. After about 10 days & a couple phone calls, I finally received an estimate, i made some revisions and talked with Amanda about the changes. Hired 1 month ago..twice no show...when they did come..they were in and out in 10mins grass growing up my fence,..poor weed wacking...FIRED!!
We have been customers for five years and happy until recently. We have been on automatic monthly payments since then as well. They quit coming to the house with no contact and said it was because we didn't pay. We had to pull years of check stubs to prove we did and they blamed it on the prior owners records. They again just quit coming and will not respond to emails or phone calls even though we again prepaid for the month.
I paid them in advance to cut my grass four times. They only cut twice and ripped me off for two cuts. Bad people!
