I called and spoke with Ken this morning when they opened and discussed a used car they had and figured out pricing and explained that im not local and would have to rent a cargo van to get there to purchase the vehicle and even verified everything with him a few times prior to paying for the rental to make it there and set up a scheduled time to come and buy the car. They were very helpful and had the updates done to my car within a few hours.
I rated my salesman 3 stars because there were things he was not versed on, such as wireless Apple Car Play was intentionally removed in my particular model. After several trips back to the dealership I was able to confirm the issue (its removal) myself. I was told he was new, so I could cut him slack there, but I was told by Jake (sales manager) that within a day or so I would receive a call from Angelo (my salesman) to follow up on my purchase/satisfaction. Easy to deal with no pressure sales tactics and clean dealership.. Angelo took his time with getting my deal done
My husband and I went Bennett in Lebanon because there no Tucsons to be found in Berks County. We loved the experience, especially Saturday hours. We would book an appointment early and then enjoy breakfast on the way home. 4 Stars because I took one off since Saturdays are no longer an option. It seems the staff is dwindling and not as attentive as before. I will mention that John K is still a bright spot.
John at Bennett was great! He helped resolve an issue I had with a different dealership. I will only work with Bennett going forward with anything I need for my Hyundai.
