I had emergency appendectomy on a Saturday morning. I was treated EXTREMELY well!! They were very friendly and caring... from desk, nurses, CT tech, Surgeon...even food service!�I would recommend this hospital to anyone!!
Doctors and nurses are fabulous, receptionist at the West clinic not so much. Short, rude, condescending and lacks appropriate people skills to successfully do her job. As a first contact for a business I would expect more.
I need to write more than one! I love my primary care Dr Jessica Siler! She listens and responds. I give her 5 stars. I have other Drs who only want to "fix" you with surgery, or are dismissive. I have one office that won't work with some allergies to medication and say, well that's all we do for that. I'm seeing other specialist elsewhere.
Urology nurses and physicians are the best. Very caring and compassionate and take the time you need.
