With all due respect been a patient my entire life- nothing but cancellations for myself and children . Don't call 2 days prior to an appointment that's been made for months if you can't get a patient in and have nothing available for weeks when the patient took time off work. Make it work. We will soon be withdrawing all care as this pattern doesn't seem to resolve. This is ooor care- as a nurse myself I'm really disgusted by this .

be careful, when ever you go to the ER for anything they use McFarland Dr's. and then you'll get a bill and forget about it because you think it's tied into the ER bill, they won't let you be seen unless you pay or make a large payment amount on the bill. don't try and offer a small payment arrangement they'll say no. as a business owner I can understand, but as a Business as large as them, I only see greed.
