The front desk receptionists Emily and Kim are the most empathetic, and welcoming professionals at the Occupational Health/Medicine department. They were very helpful and these two staff made me feel comfortable and well-cared for especially with a first-time patient like me. It was one of the best experience I had in any hospitals. I will be sure to visit this location for my medical needs in the future, thank you so much!
