Best thing you can ever do for your back and body if your workdays are spent getting in and out of a fleet vehicle, or carry a 15-20lbs. toolbelt, wrestle hoodrats, climb, run, low crawl attics and basements.. is to call and see Doc and Mrs. Doc at MCG. My personal favorite was E-stim treatments for strained and overworked muscles- Made a HUGE difference in relieving my pain and getting my back healthy and strong again.
