Just received a bill of $370 for them to come into my home and break 1 of our 2 toilets as we had guests from out of town coming the next night to stay with us through the weekend. I was then informed it would cost $600 to fix what THEY broke and I would have to schedule another visit. I was not informed prior to them completing work there was a potential risk the toilet would be broken.
