Brandon from McElroy's was great. He is very professional and explains everything very well so you can understand. My heat pump is working much better now!
The service technician arrived right on time and was very nice. He was here about an hour servicing my AC. He was very courteous and made me feel like a valued customer. I am extremely pleased with the service I have received from McElroy‘s over many years.

I used McElroy's for an issue with my HVAC which had went out 3 days ago and the technician they sent out was Dakota. What a great guy. He was probably at my unit for over an hour easily. I had contacted my management company originally who sent someone who had zero HVAC certifications or experience and simply waisted both of our times.
