This place is horrible!!! We will never again buy another RV from this place!! We bought a brand new RV in 2017. We even bought the extended warranty. We rarely use it. The refrigerator stopped working this past Spring. We called McDowell and took the refrigerator back to them. They had it for months. Would never return our calls. The owner finally contacts us after many calls and promises us to make it right, which he never did!! He was very very rude, cursing and everything. If you are looking to be treated like family, I highly recommend McDowell South RV! They were very friendly and helpful. Flip was our salesman, he was so sweet, and had a wonderful spirit about him! Alan was very helpful, made sure everything was ready for us. Then we met Elvis who explained everything about the camper. Also, don’t want to leave out the guys who helped with the hitch. Everyone was super nice!! Thank you all!! We pray we have many memories made with our camper!
Wonderful customer service! Rick was knowledgeable, and so great to work with. He listened to what my husband and I were looking for and found the perfect match for our family. Service was phenomenal in getting us ready to take our camper home, and Allan helped us get the right payment to fit our budget. All around great experience.
