My wife and I just bought a new Montana High Country from McDowell. From the beginning to end of this experience was perfect. Kyle, Chris, Allen, and Harry went out of their way to work with us. We drove by just to see if it was delivered from Indiana and it was still hooked up to the transport vehicle. They backed it into the shop and allowed us to come inside and see it. Yehaw Skippy! Not only did we get an awesome Outback but 5 star treatment from the second we rolled up to the door till we pulled away. We don't just "sit well" and actually brought things to fill expected down time. Not! Flip, Elvis, Al and Lenny not only educated us on all the bells and whistles along with the foundation of our new Outback but made the entire time fun.
