Best customer service and most personable experience Katherine Anne and I have had in last two years during our search for our first travel trailer. We have made stops all over the state of Michigan and came across McDowell RV and, not only, were they open on Sunday for us to actually have the time to view their inventory but Bob did not crowd us and gave us excellent information on all the units we viewed. We bought our 3rd trailer from Mcdowells. Gary the owner delt with us personally. They gave us a fair offer with our trade in. When ever we have a question and something done. They have been vey helpful They have made us feel like family. I enjoy just stopping in at times to say hi even when I don't need anything. Robert and Karen in the office and parts are very friendly and do what they can to help out and Dave in the back. For repairs and things is wondeful.
