Memorial Day weekend went to get tires before we were going camping...find out de have a bent axle...need to fix as best as we could....needed 4 axle u-bolts. Called what seemed like a million places with no luck. Finally at 345 on Friday found McDowell RV called and they had the part...they saved the day...thank you for saving our camping trip!
I tried to get a loan but was denied which I was told I would get my deposit of $100 back.. two months later I am still trying to get them to refund my money.. When I call they say we will get back with you and then they don't.. I have receipts for proof yet still nothing.. Not very good practice to keep customers or get good reviews
I am and will always be a customer at McDowell RV. I had a part to replace on my awning and I walked in to the store, before I could ask Randy what, where and why, he looked at the part in my hand and in 2 min I had the part I needed, he explained to me in detail how to put it on and then told me to call him if I wanted him to talk me through it. Everyone that works there are amazing. Thank you for being my whole families #1 camper place now and for the past 20+ years. #faithfulcustomer
We picked up our new Wilderness 2575RK recently and the whole experience was fantastic! From our salesperson, Mike, to the owner Gary and our orientation by Dave and the paperwork by CJ, and the rest of the staff, we thank you! This is our first RV and they make it look easy. We are looking forward to enjoying our new adventure!
McDowell rv is a great place to buy all your camping needs we were treated like there family very nice people if you had a problem with them it must have been your own personal attitude lack of respect thank you Gary and and staff very much we are enjoying are new camper
Will never buy anything from these people again bunch of retarded people working at this place they sold me the wrong awning and will not refund me or get me the right one
I recently needed some .RV related parts. McDowell went out of their way to get me what I needed and at the best cost. Very friendly and helpful.
Great service and everything was effortless and top notch during our purchase. We lived in Missouri and it was so nice to be able to also have the camper delivered so quickly !
