I scheduled my rental two days before my arrival. It was very easy to set up and pick the gear/bike I wanted to use. Mike called me the day before to get my weight so the shocks would be set up correctly and then on Saturday I met them at the trail. Great experience from start to finish and I look forward to coming back.

Late on 12/23, discovered that my rear derailleur wouldn’t shift into the 32T cog. Tried to adjust, but the barrel adjuster got cross threaded, and couldn’t be screwed in far enough to be able to get a good adjustment. Went to MMC early on 12/24, and Brock took care of me right away. New cable. Tapped out the threads to clean them up and new barrel adjuster.
