Man. We had to deal with a title issue because BOTH the people on the insurance died, one of them yesterday. Very rude, not a sorry or anything. We asked for a number and they literally said they won't answer the phone if theyre with a customer because it would be rude. How ironic! She was being rude to us! Talk about customer service.

The last 3 times we have had to vist this tag office the lady with dark hair and gray in it who is in her mid 50's has been very rude. This last time I was in there on 5/6/23 I went in to renew my tag which was due in 12/22 but I just hadn't had the the time to get it done she drilled me asking me why I was late and why I had it inspected in January of 23 but still didn't come in and get it renewed and if I had been driving the car while the sticker was dead. This woman with long dark hair in her 50's was super rude to me and talked to me like I was stupid. Used her highlighter to circle a date that wasn't correct and didn't even answer my question. I went and balled my eyes out to the D.A. because I had a ticket and it's been years for me for any kind of ticket. Actually it was the D.A.'s assistant. She was incredibly nice to me.
