I'd like to thank Mike Cook, Territory Manger, during his recent site visit for propane services. It's somewhat hard to write this, and it needs some recognition. If you value integrity, transparency, and empathy, this guy has it. Those things in customer service interactions mean a lot. Completely unreliable and untrustworthy. I am a tenant with chronic lung disease in a home that recently had "duct cleaning" done. The abnormal methods used that day resulted in me calling the company only to find out there was no work order for my property scheduled in the system, leading me to believe the duct cleaning employees do work outside of the business and without liability or proper oversight.
