Completely unreliable and untrustworthy. I am a tenant with chronic lung disease in a home that recently had "duct cleaning" done. The abnormal methods used that day resulted in me calling the company only to find out there was no work order for my property scheduled in the system, leading me to believe the duct cleaning employees do work outside of the business and without liability or proper oversight. I have always had really enjoyable experiences with Rosen. They are always quick to respond to queries, concerns, schedule maintenance, and are ALWAYS on top of keeping us fuelled up. The staff I've worked with in the past - Janice and Kara - were both truly wonderful, providing really quick answers to questions I've needed.
