I have been treated like a royal in the care of the staff of Doctor McDonough. They are so wonderful with administering the medicines I need, talking about what I could expect to happen next. They all have a positive out look to make one go on with high hopes of fighting cancer. May God bless these special people.
Office is unorganized. My appointments are ALWAYS being rescheduled, hours after being confirmed. The excuse is that the doctor is going to be out of the office, which I'm unsure why the office staff was unaware of when they called to confirm the scheduled appointment hours prior. This always happens a day before my scheduled follow-up. This latest reschedule, my options were either for after pm the following day or for three weeks out.
