I read the previous reviews and was a little skeptical, but Princess, who answered right away, assured me everything was legit as well as the promos. She was very helpful and stayed on the phone with me to make sure everything went smooth.

Its amazing how many people and companies are willing to do business in bad faith nowadays and be completely willing to take your money. I can no longer access the building to even get to the storage unit area and the "remotely located " customer service representatives actually keep pretending like I am the only person calling them and complaining about this problem.
