McDonnell Property Management is one of the most unprofessional companies I’ve ever dealt with. They are complete scammers who thrive off taking people’s money through endless application fees. They know from the start who they will and won’t approve, yet they continue to accept applications just to profit off the fees. I should have listen to the reviews and the feedback I received from other tenants. 0/0 experience I applied for an apartment that was under $900 and they had 10000 excuses of why the needed more information when I even had a co-applicant first they said didn’t accept co-applicant then they said they did just to get an extra $25 fee. The communication process was not good. I turned around got approved somewhere else that took 3 days rather than 13 business days. I asked to have a tour of the apartment. They told me I had to apply first and pay the fee before even seeing the apartment. They gave me the run around about my application and make a million excuses
