Most of there properties are busted down huts that have been Frankenstein’d together and not even built properly they not gunna fix a damn thing no matter what it is and there goal is to evict you and scam the next person. Bunch of losers
No worries by May 1st, I will be out of your unit. I just want to remind you guys do not forget my very first apartment. Had pipe burst damages, I do not like the “harassment” constantly sending me letters. You guys are doing too much, never come out to fix your properties, there are a lot of repairs that have to get done. I am constantly being overcharged for late fees. Marisa Mcdonnell's behavior was incompetent, incredibly misinformed, and not compassionate to the community at large. Her website is very UNCLEAR as to who they will accept in their application process, her demeanor over the phone is extremely unprofessional and with knowing very well that this new apartment would help me from being left out in the cold - HOMELESS, and provide a place of safety for my two daughters and I, Marisa Mcdonnell, refused to show compassion or hear my heart and the truth of who I am as a human being... read more
