They need their own police department in the units behind the Ramada in Bettendorf!!!!!! Definitely not a good place to be anywhere around!!!!
They literally charge u for as much as they can no matter how long u lived there ....so they dont have to give you your deposit back even whats considered wear n tear after 3 years ,blinds ,paint they cover up black mold and dont replace or fix the issues
The only thing I want to say is that I do not like liars. That is all I have to say, since I been a tenant I’ve been having issues since day 1! Have a Blessed day I will let the lord fight my battles. Yall will not sit up here and make me look bad as a tenant.
We went through some issues at first do the employment changes at Mcdonell took a while for them to get everything processed, but in the end Courtney came through with flying colors.
