I hate all the Mansfield mcdonalds. Hanley mcdonalds, the drive threw attendant refused to take my code from the app saying “we dont take codes” and refused to go ask for help. I didn't get to use my coupon. I also was paying with a card that didn't have a chip. The same boy I'm assuming was trying to use the chip reader. Manger must be over work , doesn't know how to talk to the customer
Garbage place order my food 2 quarter pounder 1 big mack 1 10 peace nuget and a cone took 1 hour 15 to get it after paying was told I was lying buy manager. Then corporate tells me I'm dumb for waiting that long so along with the heart clogged arteries and obesity diabetes and death u get. Mick Donald u also get poor service and incompetent managers at corporate level
