We live in Sandusky, Ohio and I had stopped at one of our McDonald's on Milan Rd. to get 3 milkshake to take home as a treat. I ordered 2 chocolate shakes with no whip cream and 1 vanilla. When I received my shakes I questioned why the 2 chocolate shakes were not filled to the top like the vanilla shake was and was told because I didn't want the whip cream on them. I hate all the Mansfield mcdonalds. Hanley mcdonalds, the drive threw attendant refused to take my code from the app saying “we dont take codes” and refused to go ask for help. I didn't get to use my coupon. I also was paying with a card that didn't have a chip. The same boy I'm assuming was trying to use the chip reader.
