Another one star review for this location. McDonald’s corporate should take over this franchise location. Its service is so bad, it’s doing more harm than good. I stopped at drive thru at 10p and night. Pulled right up to order. Two cars ahead of me waiting for food, so not busy. … after a long wait for someone to respond, the employee finally answered. Terrible customer service
This was the worst McDonald’s experience I have ever had my food was half cold iced vanilla coffee tasted like iced black coffee I went back to ask for it sweetened and the lady I talked to who was also working the food had her hair down not everyone was in uniform very unprofessional and rude.
Order took longer than expected. Got 2 free cherry pies. Service was awesome.
