I absolutely do not recommend this place. The workers don’t care. I ordered a double quarter pounder W/ cheese, they forgot the cheese. No big deal right? They told me they’d make a new one. What they ACTUALLY did, was they slapped two cold pieces of cheese on it, and put it in a new box. Yep, that’s totally a new burger. Literally sitting in drive thru and have been for 35 minutes. The service here is PATHETIC! Management said they were getting a new staff with the new building..where they at???...
We sat in like for an 45 minutes(not over exaggerating by any means ) and still did not get any food. I will never go back to this McDonald’s again it should not that a fast food restaurant 45 minutes to get food.
Just left. Got drive thru. Ordered a large fry. Get it, it's only half full. Wtf?
So at 22:21 I purchased a buttery crispy chicken meal added cheese along with a Rollo mcflurry and 2 double cheeseburgers. Needless to say thanks for the bun minus the buttery crispy chicken sandwich. Yes that's right all I got was a bun and lettuce. Tried calling Mcdonald's in monroeville Al 6 times no answer. They also failed to give me my receipt over their the " rill slip " Very disappointed and a waste of time gas and money.

My family came in for breakfast today. We waited a while for our food. I was never given a ticket so I didn't know our number but ordered in so was watching for a tray. They gave our meal to someone else. He had it for about 5 minutes and they figured it out. Then they wanted us to take that bag They got mad that they had to make it over. Total wait over 20 minutes. And not even an apology. My family won't be back. Epic fail. Why would anyone offer food that has been in someone's hands. Yuck.
Ms. Ruth is so friendly. N wonderful. She always goes out of her way to treat my family right. We always enjoy our visit. Always fresh coffee too.
