The place is a disaster. No carbonated drinks for like the third time in a month. Asked for unsweetened tea and got sweet tea. Which wasn't a mistake since they're sweeting the drinks with packets at the second windows. Dont bother placing a mobile curbside order because you'll never get it. So many people pulling out of the line because of excessive wait times and even going inside wont make it any faster. It's a pity this is one of the few places monroeville has.
Food disgusting. Fatty, burnt chicken strips. I threw it away.
Pitiful service, alot of lollygagging, no work ethic
McDonald’s is a decent option when you just want something quick and affordable. The food is predictable, the service is usually fast, and it’s convenient if you’re in a rush. It’s not gourmet dining, but it fills the gap when you need a simple meal without spending much time or money.🥭
Don't bother placing a mobile order unless you want to wait over 30 minutes for your food, and that's if you even get it in the end. I feel bad for the few employees that seemed to be trying to actually work. It seemed like most of them couldn't be bothered.
