I go through drive through at 2pm order coffee get down the road it is cold. Many times i got it and was full of grounds. Can't get a biscuit and gravy any more its always unavailable.
The food was really good,best I've had at Mcdonalds in a long time.the wait was a little longer than most McDonald's I've been to but not to bad for the amount of people ordering inside and the drive through . Restaurant looked pretty clean. The staff was friendly and was working as fast as they could to get orders out. I did see a few people get upset that at the counter they couldn't use a card it was cash only due to the card readers being out and they didn't want to use the kiosk that were available, they may have those ... read more
terrible, bad food and always missing, lack of any care for customers, McDonald's should inspect
The place is a disaster. No carbonated drinks for like the third time in a month. Asked for unsweetened tea and got sweet tea. Which wasn't a mistake since they're sweeting the drinks with packets at the second windows. Dont bother placing a mobile curbside order because you'll never get it. So many people pulling out of the line because of excessive wait times and even going inside wont make it any faster. It's a pity this is one of the few places monroeville has.
Food disgusting. Fatty, burnt chicken strips. I threw it away.
