I placed a mobile order in the parking lot and went into use the restroom. When I came out, I expected my food as they were not busy. There was two people in front of me. No one came to the register to see if I wanted to place an order. I watched 2 workers in street clothes walk past me and I to the kitchen. They didn't acknowledge any customers. Horrible customer service. I did a mobile order and they literally never brought my food out. I ended up leaving after 45 minutes. When I called them, they told me they do not do refunds and I had to drive back to Alabama to get my food. What a joke…
