They need to hire folks that actually want to work. On 2 occasions now, Monroeville McDonald's, had all of the lights turned off as if they were closed but it was 8pm. Staff was aware but didn't care
nasty are meat and the employees can't be trusted not to mess with your food. it's a shame. when Mr Rice ran this store and when Ms Carol was there, you did your job right or you were fired. seems this store dont care and should be shut down!!!

This establishment NEVER gets an order right. I had to pull up and wait for 25 min and it was wrong. Not once but twice. Also there was soggy lettuce in my bacon and egg biscuit and I ended up throwing it away. Gross. I ended up going calling them bc I had a sick child in the car and a very rude person answered the phone and did nothing but make excuses for the lettuce and the wrong order. great salads& Fries& nuggets
Wow what happened to the Managers that had been there for years and knew how to manage it. It is takes so long to get through the drive thru. I sat in the drive thru for 15 to 20 minutes...10 minutes was spent waiting on someone to take a car 2 cars ahead of me their order. 4 cars when through the other line before anyone would come on the intercom to take the order. They give wrong items, slow service, food not cooked done. What happened to this restaurant!!!
The food is always fine but it takes 20 minutes or more to get it :/
