really dirty bathrooms. do not touch anything in there.
Dirty grease (Old). Buy only grilled food their grease vat has been there two or more weeks. Bad tasting fries 🍟 old tasting cookies. Old sweet tea. Not clean facility. Rude manager.
First off, the cheese burger kids meal we ordered had chicken nuggets and no go-gurt. The bbq bacon Crispy Chicken sandwich we got looked like it had been cooked 4 or 5 times, it was discussing. Everything we got was cold. Oh and they forgot to give us the one order of fries we ordered. Now I remember why we haven't been there in a long time and won't be going back for a long time. This place has gone way down hill. If I could give them a negative number I would.

To be fair...The other day was not a good experience. However, I only go to the Payson store and I only ever order 1 thing. U til the other day they have never messed up my order but I do always check. It was the service from (English is not your brain's first language) the staff. Trying to tell me its ok - its what I ordered. Not. When you order a double cheeseburger with only onions...mo catsup no mustard no pickles...and then they ask if you want cheese? Duh - it's a CHEESEburger!
I am so fed up with this McDonald's! Yesterday my 2 year old daughter ate a cheeseburger that we later found out was completely raw! She threw up and it was nothing but pink. I called to make them aware, was told I'd get a call today, nothing, I have called multiple times and no answer. My daughter had to go to the doctor for dehydration, they confirmed it was food poisoning, and if she's not better in the morning she'll have to be hospitalized. Worst service ever!
